'Game of Thrones' episode recap: Jon Snow for the win

Spoilers ahead.
In this episode of HBO's 'Game of Thrones,' Tommen Baratheon is named ruler of the seven kingdoms.
Cersei and Margaery Tyrell have an interesting chat regarding the new king, with Cersei explaining to Margaery that he will need someone to help him on his journey. Cersei asks Margaery if she is still interested in being queen but Margaery doesn't reveal her true desire. Instead she says she'll talk with her father about it.
Although the Lannisters are particularly vulnerable with Tommen on the throne, Daenerys decides not to sail for Westeros after she learns that King Joffrey has died. The people she had liberated have been overthrown. Daenerys decides to turn her attention toward her conquered people. "I will do what queens do. I will rule," she says.
Lord Petyr Baelish is reunited with Lady Lysa Arryn, whom he is set to marry. Arryn proves to be the jealous type in a private moment with Sansa Stark. Stark accompanied Baelish to the Vale. After feeding her lemon cakes, Lysa interrogates Sansa. She thinks that Baelish has feelings for her. We also find out that Lysa is a screamer. (I'll leave it at that.)
Cersei is reflective during a walk with Prince Oberyn of House Martell. She speaks about her life, saying, "What good is power if you can't protect the ones you love." She asks Oberyn about her daughter Myrcella, whom she hasn't seen in a long time. He says she is safe and promises to send a ship to her in Dorne.
Perhaps the most action-packed part of this episode is when the Night's Watch takes over Craster's Keep, which is located beyond the wall. In a battle between Jon Snow and Karl Tanner, Snow eventually stabs him from the back of the head, through his mouth. Woah.
Unfortunately, Snow is not reunited with his brother Brandon Stark, who had been held hostage at Craster's. Bran and his crew of Hodor, Jojen Reed, Meera Reed and Summer are able to escape after he uses his warg power. But Jojen Reed convinces him to flee without seeing Snow since his brother will probably be overprotective and not let Bran go in search of the raven.
Jon is however reunited with his direwolf Ghost. The Night's Watch killed all the mutineers and Ghost helped with the last one. On a final note, Craster's Keep is burned to the ground.
